i was actually on time

i got up and out of bed this morning at 8:30 am and my ride to go swimming was supposed to come at 11:15 am and the pca's were aware of it. the reason why i got up so late (so i was told) was because the pca that was getting me up had to train a new pca that's just starting how to get me up. she was teaching her all of her bad habits along with the job. then the other pca (who was currently working) came in my room and started shaking her ass in front of my mirror (like she always does) and i grumbled to myself, "oh great, this means that i'll be getting out of bed later". i still had to eat breakfast and walk with my walker for an hour, i only had 2 hrs. and 45 minutes to do that. the good news is that my transportation to my stay-fit swim therapy appointment was actually on time. i had called my resource manager and complained to her twice about my transportation to my appointment and i had said that i wanted to switch transportation in both of my messages. she might've said something to my transportation company about my problems with them or when i threatened to switch transportation companies got to them, but i dunno- i doubt it.
i was having the same diffulties walking in the pool as when i walk on land out of the pool. i lean/slouch forward when i walk, i told maurice that my grandma told me to tell him to remind me to look up and stand straight whenever i start to slouch, so he did somewhat after i told him that.
